JRA Japanese Food Festival 2004

JRA's most important event to recognize the demands and opinions firsthand from consumers is the Japanese Food Festival. We were very pleasure and thankful  to have cheerful volunteers, exhibitors from sponsors and wholesalers, JRA official members, professional chefs, and all visitors. We entirely owe its prosperity to the efforts of those who supported charitably the festival. The next festival is slated for October 30, Sunday.


A customary Tuna-Filleting demonstration sponsored by International Marine Products, Inc.


Mr. Toshiaki Toyoshima, the vice president of JRA, handled knives expertly to fillet a large tuna. Mr. Bill Crowly splendidly took the chair at the Food Festival.

 


The hall was filled to overflowing.


Sake & Shochu tasting achieved great popularity.
 


The greatest supporters from Koto Restaurant, Omasa,  Sushi Gen, Sushi Hirosuke, and Sushi Chef Institute.

A demonstration of "Ultra-Long Hand-Roll Sushi" by consul Generals from variety of country and JRA official members.
